The staff at this location are extremely courteous and professional. They took their time to thoroughly go through the paperwork and take us to see our unit. Then when we actually moved in we were pleasantly surprised that they had equipped the area with 2 large dollies near the loading dock that came in handy and made the move even easier. The only concern was that compared to the locker in the condo unit the ceilings are low and so not able to stack as high.

I recently used Access Storage and had an outstanding experience. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and secure, giving me peace of mind about storing my belongings there. What really stood out was the superbly helpful front counter receptionist, Samira. She was incredibly knowledgeable about their services, helped me choose the right storage unit size, and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Access Storage, especially with Samira's exceptional customer service. They provide excellent facilities and a team that goes above and beyond to assist their customers. Five stars without a doubt!

Samira provided me every little detail I asked about and helped me make better choices with more knowledge, I'm very thankful for her help. She is also very friendly and has incredible energy! I will share my experience with my co workers and maybe get them to rent out a room as well! 5 stars!!

Was looking for storage places around Toronto. Called a few options and some were close by but the prices were too high, or some were outdoor and didn't look maintained at all. I called this location and spoke with a woman named Samira, she was really helpful in answering my questions and helping me find a storage solution. Great experience and great service!

This was my first time trying to rent a storage unit and was a bit out of my element but the lady working at the counter was so polite and so knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and even cracked a couple of jokes which helped ease my nerves. Very pleased with the way I was treated from the second I walked in to the moment I left. I highly recommend this location and if Ankita (I believe that's her name) is there even better 🙏
