Excellent service and facilities! Irish was been very welcoming and helpful in sorting out our storage needs. The company really tries to cater to your needs as a customer. Thoughtful layout and design, dollies available for use, washroom, secure access and very clean. I will be abroad and feel very comfortable leaving my things here. The payment methods are also super flexible. They really do go the extra mile and try to work with you. Couldn’t fault them! Highly recommend:)

Rebecca and Irish are awesome! They are always welcoming, helpful and friendly. The facility is smaller, very clean, well lit and well stocked with dollies. One has always been available. The prices are competitive, even better with their promotions.
I highly recommend Apple Storage Richmond Hill.

Clean and new storage facility located in the heart of Richmond Hill. Easy access to unit via loading dock and very well maintain with well illuminated LED lighting. Tom the site manager provided excellent customer service and we’ve rented two units from here. Billing is very transparent and clear and would highly recommend this storage facility.

I moved my storage unit from another space to Apple Self Storage a month ago and I am very satisfied with it. The space is clean and easily accessible. The staff are friendly and assist me promptly. I like that the ground floor garage door is covered so that my items are safe from the elements when moving in and out. The elevators are well-maintained and the carts are plenty to support all the clients in the storage space.

We registered our storage locker with Irish and it was an extremely smooth and easy process. Very helpful and friendly service. They lockers are clean and spacious.
