Clean and new storage facility located in the heart of Richmond Hill. Easy access to unit via loading dock and very well maintain with well illuminated LED lighting. Tom the site manager provided excellent customer service and we’ve rented two units from here. Billing is very transparent and clear and would highly recommend this storage facility.

Tom was amazing he showed us all our options worked with us and was patient while we decided what we needed. The facility was extremely clean and well kept. From the moment I first got my storage unit here in June 2023, I've encountered very helpful and respectful staff 100% of the time. They have always worked with me and helped me the best they could. The establishment is always kept clean. I would definitely recommend here if you need to get a storage unit! 🙏🤗

Visited the Apple Storage on Newkirk rd. Richmond hill, On. location, looking for a 5x5 unit, the sales man Tom showed me a 5x6 perfect for my needs, he was very knowledgeable on what was available and upfront with how much the end cost of the unit was, and what was expected on a monthly bases. I felt welcome, and left happy with my choice. Thanks Tom.
