When we arrived at the location we where greeted quickly during a Saturday afternoon near closing hour. Irish Moton provided us with very useful information telling us everything we needed to know for easy storage of our items. She also went out of her way to answer many of the questions we had about the storage system different kind of offers and much more. The service was amazing and I would recommend it to any who needs to rent a storage unit.

The staff were very helpful during a difficult time for my family as we were storing a deceased family member’s belongings. The facilities are spotless and carefully air controlled. Easy after hours access was appreciated.

We have been kindly assisted with the most helpful & reliable staff Irish thru phones and on site visit by showing us around the units & other areas. She gave us a lot of options in detail to suit our storage needs. Also, very grateful to her Manager Rebecca in giving us the best affordable rate with good terms and conditions.

Clean and new storage facility located in the heart of Richmond Hill. Easy access to unit via loading dock and very well maintain with well illuminated LED lighting. Tom the site manager provided excellent customer service and we’ve rented two units from here. Billing is very transparent and clear and would highly recommend this storage facility.
