Broken glass and nails on the floor where you park your car and unfortunately this is not the first time. 8/10 when I come it’s like this.
Update i went to the tire shop and they charged me $56 just to take this dang thing out. Provide for people a broom in the parking space so that we can sweep before we enter the space. This is unacceptable and very dangerous.

I just want to begin by saying, I am a returning Customer since The only storage my family and friends use is SmartStop because of the exceptional service that we have received over the years with Deep. We rented with her at the Oakville location years ago, and she would always have a smile on her face and be willing to help. We were so pleased to see her at this location when we came in and the site looks amazing and we are so proud of how far she’s come along with the company. Smartstop, Deep Is truly an asset to your company and I appreciate her patience with us during the rental. Thanks Deep!!

I was just driving by and planning on getting a storage in the next couple of months, but I stopped by and met Deep and she told me the benefits of getting a storage unit earlier to slowly begin putting my items at Smartstop. The prices are good and site even has a indoor loading area which is hard to find with other companies and of course the customer service is amazing.

Deep and Eshan are very kind and friendly people. They answered all our questions in details they showed us all the units. I loved their energy and their smile. They gave me the break downs of the prices which was honestly lower than any places that I went and I called. And the BEST thing about them was the prices are fixed for 6 month then you get a notice for another 6 month fix rate.
