From the start, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, answering all my questions and making the rental process a breeze. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing storage.

This was the first time my husband and I rented a storage, so we weren't very familiar with the situation. But the staff member at Newkirk, Eliza, was super friendly. She told us all the procedures, rules and prices. She also took us to see the storage so that we could have a clear understanding of the situation. Because we wanted a unit without column, but there was no such unit at that time, so she helped us make a reservation. A few days later, her colleague informed us that there was the unit we needed. Of course, the process of handling the lease was also smooth. We are very grateful to Eliza and are very satisfied with her professional work attitude. Although we only rented it for a short time, we will definitely come back if we need it in the future.

Their stuff ar so friendly and helpful I am very satisfied. New place and clean each space very easy to use. Indoor vehicle parking heated or air conditioned. Thanks everybody. I recommend you this storage very highly note. Price fore 3 months was 1/2 price. Convenient.

Came in with my husband last weekend to inquire about the process of renting a storage unit. The lady at the desk was very helpful with explaining the process. We came back to move our reservation to a larger unit, and Danny was extremely helpful and professional when helping us out. The facility is very clean and well-lit. I would highly recommend this location for all of your storage needs. It was a seamless experience.
