Pavana her team were great. She helped me find a good storage unit. It was also complicated for me because I didn’t know what size I actually needed until the movers brought all the stuff in.
She was very helpful finding unit units and then giving suggestions and then holding a unit just in case my stuff wouldn’t fit. These guys did a great job.

Best customer service ever! Moving time is so stressful. Pavana from the Maple location really helped us out. She fully understands our needs and tried her best to make things work. We really appreciate it! If you look for a reliable storage with the best customer service, this is the place to go!

Storage Mart is a very good location. I always keep most my things over here as it is reliable, no risk, affordable as well. Pavana has helped me grately with all my doubts while nurturing and catering to an empathetic environment aswell. Supplies are affordable. I recommend this place to anyone trying to store in the Whiby region.
